To add or update your return policy, click the gear at the top of the page (next to the title “Shipping”)
Updating Refund Policy
Refund Policy: This will display on all your products’ pages. It is important that you include a return policy so customers clearly understand your policy before purchasing.
Other Items on This Page
Processing Time: Leave this as it is “Ready to ship in…”. Since we offer same-day delivery, customer expectation is that there is no additional processing time.
Shipping Policy: Leave this blank. ShopLocalli takes care of shipping & delivery, so there is no need to include information here.
